What happened (according to the employer)
A Sales General Manager had been in their position for several years, and was a loyal founding employee who had helped the company to grow into a multimillion dollar business.
However, in recent years, the CEO found that the Sales General Manager wasn’t performing as well as before. Her peers and subordinates (many of whom, were now more highly qualified than her) – no longer respected her job competency.
