The GroupFlow solution flagged that a Project Manager was working at a slower pace than his team.
What happened (according to the company)
After one of its most outstanding Project Managers resigned, an agency looked into the reason why – and found that the Project Manager’s division had a sky high 90% staff churn every year. They realised that the Division Head works and makes decisions very rapidly, despite his team’s slower working speed, and this resulted in staff members needing to rush for deadlines and feeling overworked. This left them feeling angry and frustrated, and eventually leaving the company.
