Our solution found that candidate was a “slow and steady” performer who would do better in a slow-paced environment – and he would probably not keep up with her fast-moving superior.
What happened (according to the employer)
This person was a new hire in the startup, and had previously worked in a larger company. During his trial period, the team found that this employee performed well and was a quiet achiever who did not interact much with the team.
Later on, the fast-paced working style of his superior and the outgoing personality of the other team members, meant that he was missing out on the interactions that happened during work. Because of this mismatch, he resigned.
